Various XP rates have been modified. 

• Global XP Rates have been lowered .1
• PVP XP Rates have been lowered .2
• Mob Spawner XP Rates have been raised .2
• XP Limits have been raised 5000XP across all skills, however this rate limit has been buffed from every 10 minutes to every 15 minutes. 

Auto item removal timer by raising to 10 minutes instead of every 5. 

If boats are still being removed while mounted, report and we will investigate further. 

Weather chances for each season:

• SPRING: 60 > 65
• SUMMER: 10 > 15
• FALL: 50 > 30
• WINTER: 80 > 80

Seasonal Mob Spawns by +10%
