Website Launch & Towny Status!

Hello Adventurers! 🧙‍♂️

This is our first major change log which will mostly be an introduction to the main content available with NXE.

Additionally, we have moved to our new home domain and will be continuously working on website updates and integrations to the server further. 

Towny Server is now online for testing!

Key Features of the Towny Server 

• Town Creation and Management: Players can create their own towns, recruit residents, and expand into bustling cities. Form alliances or go to war with other towns!
• Economy: Towny integrates a player-run economy, so you can trade resources, set taxes, and manage finances to build your empire.
• Land Claiming: Protect your builds from griefers and claim land as your own. The more you expand, the more influence your town gains in the world!
• Nation System: Towns can form into nations for protection or dominance. Compete in server-wide events and see which nation reigns supreme.
• And more! The team is working with various mods and additional configurations to create the ultimate experience!

Minecraft 1.21 Features 

As we launch our server, we’re also incorporating new mechanics and features from Minecraft 1.21:

• New Mobs: Prepare to encounter the Bristleback, a tough, defensive mob found in the underground world. Players can strategize to defeat it for rare loot.
• Trial Chambers: Explore the new Trial Chambers, a unique challenge dungeon with rewards for skilled adventurers.
• Copper Bulb & Crafter Blocks: Enhance your town with new Copper Bulbs for light sources and use the Crafter to automate crafting processes, giving your town a technological edge.
• Combat Updates: Enjoy refined combat mechanics that make PvP battles between towns or nations more thrilling.
• And of course all other main vanilla content.

Future Expansion: Hub Server and New Worlds 

Looking ahead, we’re planning to launch an internal hub server that will connect this Towny server with additional worlds! Here’s what to expect:

• Hub System: The hub will act as the central gateway for all our upcoming Minecraft servers, allowing seamless travel between servers focused on different themes.
• Minigames World: We’re working on various minigame servers where players can enjoy various potential game modes like Bed Wars, Skyblock, and more.
• (TBD ) Adventure Worlds: New “worlds” for custom RPG-like experiences with quests, dungeons, and unique biomes to explore.
